We are pleased to inform you that St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This agency serves to evaluate the quality and safety of patient care in hospitals and clinics and to monitor compliance with nationally established standards through unannounced surveys and data review. St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is committed to providing safe and quality care to all patients served. If you have concerns about the quality of care provided, the safety of care provided, or the safety of the environment in which care is provided in our institution and these concerns have not been adequately addressed, we encourage you to contact our management by calling (602) 406-4414. We will endeavor to address your concerns as promptly as possible.

Every patient, family member, community representative, physician, or employee of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center has a right to notify the Joint Commission regarding safety and quality of care concerns that they feel have not been adequately resolved.
