Air Ambulance Companies

The Arizona State Department of Health Services, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services & Trauma Services licenses air and ground ambulance companies. Of the 17 licensed air ambulances, only 9 use helicopters as a mode of patient transport. Below is a list and direct link to their website.
