Giff Loda, Vice President of Network Development
Giff worked for the Arizona Department of Health Services in various capacities from 1974 to 1983, with primary focus on the educational, psychological and behavioral assessment of children with special needs. He then moved into a management position with the Institute for Human Development with Northern Arizona University, where he directed services for adults and children with diabilities.
In 1987, Giff became a member of the St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center’s administrative team, and in his more than 20 years with the organization, has provided leadership, strategy, and management for such programs as Children’s Rehabilitative Services which serves chronically ill and handicapped children; the Children’s Health Center which provides outpatient pediatric subspecialty and general pediatric services; as well as inpatient pediatric and managed care services.
Giff has served and remains active on several boards throughout the community, including Children’s Action Alliance, First Things First, Childhelp, and Defenders of Children. He currently chairs Healthy Children Arizona, a Children’s Action Alliance subsidiary focused on advocacy for children’s health insurance coverage.
