Suzanne Pfister


Suzanne Pfister, Vice President of External Affairs


 

Suzanne Pfister is Vice President of External Affairs and is responsible for a wide variety of areas, including marketing, communications, physician outreach, community education and government relations.

Prior to this, Suzanne served as a community relations and communications consultant for more than a decade, serving clients throughout Arizona. She also has worked in state, regional and local government, managing diverse issues such as energy conservation, air quality, transportation, taxpayer services and higher education.

Suzanne has a Master’s Degree in Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Urban Studies from Occidental College.

She currently serves on the Boards of St. Luke’s Health Initiatives and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. She also is chairman of the Federal Relations Committee for the Arizona Association of Hospitals and Healthcare Association. She was recently honored with the Grassroots Champion Award for Arizona by the American Hospital Association.
