Nurse Practitioner students from Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University and Frontier School of Midwifery are welcome to rotate with approved Preceptors at St. Joseph's. We have rotations set up in the following areas:

• Neonatal ICU (NICU)
• Pediatric ICU (PICU)
• Children's Rehabilitative Services
• Pediatric cardiology
• Adult cardiology
• Neurology - Clinic
• Neuro-Rehabilitation
• Neurosurgery
• Employee health
• OB/GYN

Please complete the application [one app. per rotation] (click here for an application) and submit with the required documentation (listed below) thirty days prior to the start date of the rotation.

3. A letter of good standing from your Dean
