Breast Evaluation Center

The Breast Evaluation Center provides comprehensive surgical evaluation of patients with breast lumps and nonpalpable mammographic abnormalities. Patients who are candidates for breast-conserving surgery are evaluated for both conventional external beam breast radiation therapy as well as for accelerated partial breast irradiation. Cancer Registry

The Cancer Registry is a vital component of the Cancer Center at St. Joseph's. The cancer registry is designed to collect detailed information on all newly diagnosed cancer cases and benign neurological tumors. To assure that the information is "high quality", the cancer registry collects data following national standards and requirements so that physicians and researchers can use the data to measure cancer care quality, support cancer control activities, and for clinical surveillance activities that monitor treatment patterns and outcomes.
