Dorothy Rzewnicki


 
Ms. Rzewnicki is originally from the Chicago area where she graduated in 1978 from an Associate's Degree Nursing program. She went on to complete her Bachelor’s of Science Nursing Degree from the University of Phoenix in 1995. She became a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s of Science Degree from Arizona State University in 2000. Ms. Rzewnicki is board certified by the National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Nurses.

Ms. Rzewnicki has specialized in Maternal Child Health Nursing since 1979 and has multiple years of Community Health Nursing including case management services under different AHCCCS plans, Home Health, and Perinatal outreach. She has performed Developmental Follow-up for special needs foster and adoptive children. Ms. Rzewnicki has extensive experience working with substance exposed infants and her research concentration is in the area of comfort measures for methamphetamine-exposed infants.

Ms. Rzewnicki's clinical interests include developmental concerns and challenges in children and adolescents including ADHD, autism, feeding concerns and foster children.
