American Lung Association's mission is to prevent lung disease and promote lung health. The American Lung Association® is the oldest voluntary health organization in the United States.
The American Thoracic Society is a non profit, international professional and scientific society for respiratory, critical care and sleep medicines. The Arizona Advance Directive Registry was created in May 2004 by the Arizona State Legislature. The Registry is a database for the storage of advance directives (Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney, and Mental Health Power of Attorney). The Arizona Secretary of State oversees Registry filings, its security, and operations.
