For hospital admissions and transfers to St. Joseph's Cardiovascular Center, call the transfer center at 602-406-2337. The transfer center is available 24/7, 365 days a year to facilitate communication with the hospital admission team.

• "One-call" system
• The on-call CV surgeon, Dr. Aklog or Dr. deGuzman, will accept any CV patient, surgical or medical, and assemble the appropriate clinical team needed
• The surgeon or CV Nurse manager will secure a bed.
• Transportation can be arranged if needed
• Follow-up can be by telephone, text message to a mobile phone or e-mail.
