Meeting Your Family's Healthcare Needs
St. Joseph’s Family Medicine Center has been providing a patient-centered medical home to community members for more than 35 years. The Center offers a wide range of services – including well-child and well-woman care, preventive care, sports medicine, skin care, minor medical procedures, and behavioral health and counseling – to a diverse patient population. The Family Medicine Center has full access to all facilities and resources on the hospital campus. Some of the program’s unique offerings include diabetic group visits, a coumadin clinic and a geriatric assessment clinic. When patients need a specialist to participate in their healthcare, the family physician acts as an advocate to ensure patients receive the care needed.
You can rely on the Family Medicine Center to meet your family's health care needs including:
- Comprehensive treatment of infants, children, adults, and seniors
- Well-child care, including regular checkups and immunizations
- Well-woman care, gynecological exams, pregnancy tests, and obstetrical care
- Variety of physical exams including - routine, employee, sport, school, etc.
- Treatment of job-related and sports injuries
- Preventive care including information on diet, exercise, and tips for staying healthy
- Skin care, including rashes, acne, and skin cancer
- Medical procedures
